Suggested:
​Comfortable shoes you don’t mind getting dirty
Work clothing - comfortable, form fitting
Long pants-   jeans (recommended)
hand sanitizer / hand wipes 
SPF
Hat
Rain Pancho/ jacket
Lip balm with SPF
Laundry bag or garbage bag for dirty clothing Day pack (backpack with secure zippers, medium to large size): 
ALL necessary medications both prescription and non-prescription (if under 18, you must get approval by group leader or instructor)
